Absolutely terrible!!!! The wait time is ridiculous, they never answer the phone or call you back. Ive been waiting 6 days so far just for them to send my script to the pharmacy. Neglectful!!!
Doc Polastra is a \"Rock Star\" I had 2 back spinal surgery with him. He is a exceptionally amazing surgeon. I highly recommend him \u0026 his staff. They called my wife 2xs during surgery to tell her the progress.
Really bad if you have an appointment be ready to wait 2 hours to be call. They don’t have control here of there customers this is really crazy , I was waiting for hours and with my pain .
