I was scheduled for 2pm for an appointment. I was there on time. For the last at the front desk to tell me that I couldn't be seen. I ask for someone who was in charge. And she stated with an attitude that I want be seen today. And I told her this is a waste of my time and money. Because I took an Uber there. That's was not right I was already there on time. One lady came in and hadn't even checked in online I had already done so. The security guard came out of the back being rude and raising his voice at me which made the situation even worse and then followed me out still raising his voice at me. I will never go back to this establishment.

Less crowded wait rooms, provider and medical assistant are quick and am out the door, yeah, their way of doing virtual care was inconvenient for me, but it was for the sake of lowering my a1c. And still affordable and care quality, I can deal with it.

Sitting in the room In pain for an hour waiting for what was told to be a twenty minute wait. The light turned itself off 3 times before I decided to not get up and walk around to make the light sensor react. This is crazy!
