Dr silver is amazing he is a busy person but also Tracy i believe his nurse is cool too however the new receptionist they have tho she lacks customer service and phone communication skills also wats up with all these surprise fees !

The ladies at the front desk and nurse's office are the real MVPs here. Super friendly, don't rush, explain everything to you and walk you thru the whole process before even seeing the doctor.

Practice was a bit of a hassle to find in the labyrinth of a building, but absolutely worth the trip especially if you're wanting to get a medical exam done.

Only con in my mind is the lack of lab facilities and I had to drive to their external diagnostic partner to have it done, and the staff there are very unwelcoming and rude, altho that reflects more on the third party than Dr. Silver and his practice itself.

Note to owner/manager: please look into switching...read full review
