Had our 2 HVAC systems completely replaced because Josh gave us a good deal - our original hvac units were still working ok but were over 20 years old, and we wanted to act now before prices inevitably rise... The Mr. Cool team did a great job - it was a stress free process and they were completely done in one day (actually they finished early!). Josh & the Mr. Cool team remains our 1st choice for anything hvac related.
We knew we needed both a new heater and a/c but we had been putting it off. Our heater finally stopped working all together and water started dripping from our ceiling when the a/c was on for too long. Mr. Cool had someone out to give us an estimate the same day we called which was a Friday. We had a brand new heater and A/C fully installed and working before 2pm that following Monday. Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. Their pricing was straightforward and fair and they were on time and did good fast work. I would highly recommend Mr. Cool.
