Had Hollywood assigned through my home warranty company. While I'm suspect of some of the contractors that are sent out, and have heard some horror stories, Hollywood was fantastic. Came out next day for an A/C repair/replacement of the capacitor and I was up-and-running again within 25 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and even without a home warranty now, I'd certainly call back if (knock on wood) any other AC problems arise.
I had an incredible experience today! I am writing to share how impressed I am with your service technician, Jamie Ayala. Not only did he repair my air conditioner quickly, but his professionalism was outstanding. He was exceptionally polite, courteous, and took great care to keep my floors clean as he moved in and out of the house. It was such a positive experience with your company and wanted to ensure his excellent work was recognized. Highly recommend Jamie!!!
Jamie the technician was fantastic! Had the issue diagnosed in minutes and repaired in no time. He even took the time to explain how the system failed and preventative maintenance. The company was quick to schedule and get someone on the way.
