Let me start by saying that the AC Tech, Stephon, was very courteous and helpful. He got up on the roof right away and diagnosed the AC problem, he had to replaced the fan motor. When he was finished, he explained the problem thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. His customer service etiquette is very good and Hollywood AC should treasure this young man as a employee; thank you Stephon your the BEST!
