I was referred to this company through my insurance company. I met the estimator, very nice guy. His name was Casey. He listened to me and my concerns. I asked him about some extras and gave me a separate bid. He was fast to get the info to my adjuster but the wait was a little long to start. I waited just over 2 weeks from signing up. My adjuster said it was normal in the industry. The reviews were not great but I wanted to have the reassurance from the insurance company that I was getting a good company and cannot always rely on why a person is complaining. They started my repairs on May 15 and were done in about 3 weeks so just last week. I had flooring, cabinet repairs, painting and baseboard work done. It was a simple job for them and they did a good job. I would use again and am glad I was referred to them. Also dealt with the owner Pat which was nice to have the personal interaction with the owner. Thanks for getting my home back together, Anthony
