Guests have praised the spa's exceptional staff, particularly mentioning the kindness and hospitality of individuals like Kat. The spa features hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms, along with showers equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup remover. While some guests have expressed their enjoyment of the spa, others suggest it is in need of renovation. They note concerns about cracked tiles, a hot tub that is not always fully functional, and a reduced spa menu compared to previous years. Guests have also mentioned inconsistencies in closing times for amenities like the sauna and steam room. Despite these concerns, the spa's service providers consistently receive high praise for their expertise and professionalism.
Due to renovations going on at the spa I chose the mobile service. Shontih gave me to best massage I have ever had. Truly! Excellent pressure when needed, yet everything about her technique was gentle and calming. Being a former massage therapist, it is hard not to be too critical. When I say I have zero negative comments I truly mean zero negative comments.
Outstanding experience at the MGM Grand spa. As someone who leans/hunches all day for work, my massage therapist Aubrey took the extra time to workout pressure points and guided me through this deep tissue release. Could not be happier with my overall experience. Clean, professional, and going above and beyond. Highly recommend!
We visited as part of a wedding celebration. One of the ladies got injured coming out of the hot tub.. she immediately requested a band aid from the staff. They were unable to provide one. Apparently there is no first aid kit in site and if I jured they have to call security. Nobody ever showed up and we stayed for a good 45 minutes after. My mind was blown that a simple band aid could not be located in a spa environment. Safety first I thought was all business moto.. OSHA needs to do an inspection.
