I would say overall the MGM signature is a very good and consistent. Stay in Las vegas especially if you are looking for a smoke free and casino free environment on the strip of Las vegas. The other option is if you’re bringing kids or family it’s also a great place to stay. The location is smoke-free and has a condominium or apartments type vibe. The rooms all have a kitchenette with a mini fridge or a large fridge available. They feel roomy and spacious. If you get a room with a balcony of views are spectacular typically of either the Vegas trip or the backside of Topgolf or the swimming pool. One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The location is not ideal as walk a bit to get to The Strip, but if you know that going in it's not a big deal. Also, there is no casino on this property. That is a bonus for me personally, but won't be for many. The rooms are big by Vegas standards. I'm a pretty big dude, and I don't feel cramped. We were on the Top Golf side. The view was not amazing, but certainly not bad by any means.
Back again another year. It was great but would love to see the owners update the rooms. Penthouse no different then regular one bedrooms. Still great place to stay.
