Hotel failed to evacuate my family safely, police officer directed us down. We didn't even know there was a situation going on. The hotel did not notify us in any way. My kids went down 22 flights of stairs with no shoes... We were locked out of our room for two plus hours and yelled at, herded to a conference room that didn't even have chairs. My wife has a heart condition, and wasn't allowed to get her medicine. Employees were evacuated safely before hotel guests were even notified there was a situation.

It's one of the best places to stay in if your goal is to stay a little away from the strip (only 10-min walk into the MGM that leads to the strip) and the noise. It's a perfect place to stay especially if you're on business.
Me and my Wife stayed here for our honeymoon this week and were treated great and had a fantastic experience the room was beautiful and the private access to mgm grand while still maintaining some exclusivity was a perfect choice for what we needed my only gripe was if the pool was open later so we could enjoy it more but regardless our stay was top tier!
