I stayed here at the penthouse suite during the Super Bowl weekend. It’s not a bad hotel good sized rooms, offer you a kitchenette with sink which really helps if you prefer to cook your own food when in Vegas. The one criticism is the weird smell you smell as you enter the floors you stay on. This building also has various apartments where people live so that explains it. But overall it’s a good hotel for your moneys worth. It is also on the strip but not also on the same time so you get the peace and quiet with the views. Also my room had a balcony so the view was great. Special shoutout to the house keeping who did a great job.Rooms: Great rooms and great housekeeping.
The rooms were clean and offered tons of room! It had a full kitchen but no silverware, glasses, all cupboards were bare. The rooms were sparse on things like towels, make-up remover, etc the little things that people probably bring anyway. The facilities were clean & I would recommend!Rooms: Large, clean, safe.Walkability: Walkable to a liquor store, drug store, dispensary, and the strip.
Signatures suites is always a great stay! The hotel grounds are gated, and there is always a guard at the gate. It is just off the strip but close enough to walk. There are three towers and tower one is the closet to the strip. There are no casino games or bars in the hotel. There is a Starbucks, but that is pretty much it. The pool area is always very relaxing and never busy. If you are looking for a luxurious stay where you can cook your own meals, if desired, then this is the hotel for you.Rooms: Rooms are spacious.
