I have Multiple Sclerosis which causes severe muscle spasms in my feet and lower legs. I have been getting reflexology from Frances for several years now and with her regular treatments my muscle spasms are much less frequent and much less severe. I really found out what a difference they make when I had to miss a session recently. I was so glad to get back on track and I was quickly feeling much better again.
Frances is a real expert at what she does and very dedicated to her work. I look forward to my sessions with her. I highly recommend her.
