Core Massage

Norma at Core massage is an angel. She has given me relief that no one in YEARS has given me. She's SO knowledgeable about the body, and will tell you more than you even know about your own body. She really tailors the massages to your body's needs. If you're looking for a kind, caring, knowledgeable person that will seriously change your life, go see Norma. Since seeing her, I have gotten rid of back pains that used to be a part of my every day life. & since, have started taking my mother there as well and have seen amazing changes in my mother too.

I booked a massage with Norma at Core Massage back in July. That original appointment had to be rescheduled as she had a family emergency. That was a bit disppointing as I had been looking forward to a massage. But stuff happens. I get it. Amd it worked out pretty well in the end. I got an earlier time slot for the new appointment. I'll take it. I was a bit confused when I first walked in for my appointment. Core shares a space with a nail and eyelash salon. Not the kind of place I would normally be found in. I told the first lady I saw that I was looking for the massage place and she told me it was the next door to the left. I found myself down a hall and meeting Norma. I was a bit early but I was also the first customer of the day so Norma took me right in and get started early. So far so good. Norma provided a professional and therapeutic massage. She was caring and could tell certain issues I have been having without me having to say a word. In addition to the massage, she gave me some helpful advise for managing some of my symptoms. Very nice. This place can be a little hard to find being inside another business. The lady at the salon seemed a but put off when I said I was there for a massage. That was kind of awkward. The facility, as a whole, is not especially fancy. It feels like what it is. A strip mall business. But the massage room is clean and inviting. It has a more boutique look to it. A relaxing enough environment to enjoy a good massage. I'll have to remember Norma for my future massage needs. It is unfortunate that it is located on the other side of the valley from where I live. But it might be worth the drive for the quality of the service.

I found out about this place through Marci at Fabulous Eyebrows. I was telling her about my wrist pain and she mentioned she gets massages with Norma every month. Even though its located in the same place as Fabulous Eyebrows, its like two completely different spots. You do not hear anything from the other place. I've been to massage spots where you hear people talking outside and it ruins the vibe.You can tell Norma loves her profession and helping people. She gave me tips that I could do daily to prevent issues down the road.
