Gary does tend to over-promise a bit, but we know this so we figured it into the timeframe. Juan and Gary's countertop installers are excellent and do a great job, as does Manuel the painter and his tile installers. I would work with them again, but you do have to nail Gary down on his time lines, as they are very busy.
