Vegas Flooring Outlet was amazing from every part of the process from estimate to completion of the project. Jimmy was the sales/ project coordinator and he was super attentative and reliable. Alex and Luis did the vynil plank installation and they were great to work with, polite, detail oriented, helpful and they even completed the job ahead of schedule. I can't thank them enough. I have to say I am very satisfied and happy that I picked a local company instead of a large corporation that outsources their installers. Vegas Flooring Outlet uses their own trusted employees.
We were shopping to 'tile/planks' to replace our carpet. Went to both Home Depot and Lowe's, didn't like the selection no the service. Found Vegas Flooring and saw they've here quite some time. Paid them a visit and liked the selection and service. Shout out to Jimmy. But what really sold us, was what we learned. Living in a manufactured, Jimmy had mentioned that if the floors aren't level (can only be seen once the carpet is pulled up) would they know. Then we would have stop, (no carpet) and I would have to find someone to level the floor. Now we are looking carpet which came waayyyy less than the tile. Jimmy didn't have to mentioned it and make the sale on the tile/planks....read full review
Very good experience. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I love my floor. Thank you, Brian to move my schedule up, and Oscar and Ricardo worked so hard to finish the project so I can move in to my bedroom to sleep!
