I’ve tried calling twice and have never spoken to a person. I’ve been on hole for 30 minutes before with no sign of being spoke too. This is very disappointing cause I just want to have my procedure scheduled and it was supposed to be scheduled asap.

I'll start with saying I found the staff of the place very professional & caring. I did Alot of my dealings with a young lady name Tayna (forgive me if I spelled that wrong & never got her last name). She was very efficient and on top of things, from working with my insurance to keeping me informed of what was going on. Even after my procedure, she gave a follow up call to check in to see how I was & how the procedure went. Now on to the IR Doctor, apon arrival at the hospital, Dr Moldestad and his team were very efficient & caring to my concerns.
