Carvel was genuinely so great. Not only were they able to accommodate a same-day appointment (that might not have been urgent to anyone else), he clearly explained our options, made sure he was explaining the pros and cons and reality of each. We had ongoing issues with our washer drain and he was finally the one to be able to diagnose and use the cable to clear a clog we didn’t expect to be there in a newer home. He was able to get our full functioning back and kept us updated each step and allowed us time to make decisions. On top of finally saving us from a year of issues, he was just pleasant in general. This plumbing company is the best in Las Vegas HANDS DOWN!!! Big shouts out to Marcy, Carvell, Senel and Dale. They showed up on all of our big jobs and took care of all of our plumbing concerns. We saved a small fortune compared to the quotes we recieved from other Plumbers.
