Poor customer service, they do not have a 24/7 service, they are not open until 8pm on Saturday and they are not open on Sunday.
My thermostat broke Saturday so my unit is not working at all. I called. They called back Sunday morning saying they can't come until Monday. It's 110 outside, I have a 15 year old and 2 dogs and a cat. That's poor service especially in this state. Will let my landlord know what kind of customer service is going on.
I have to say they came out on Monday and got my a/c running. They do great work I just wish they would be nicer when it's 110 outside.
Hands down, they are the best ac company I have worked with. Unlike everyone else who tried to sell me on a new unit, Dekes was honest with me and explained all I actually needed was a replacement part. I have to give them a huge shout out for their integrity. They did the diagnostic and repair very quickly and for a very reasonable cost. My heater is now working great and I cannot recommend them enough.
For over 40 years, Deke's has been the only ones to service my family's heating and A/C, first at my parents' home, then at my own, starting with Deke, and then his son Steve. Outstanding service and technicians!
