Been there once so far for a car accident, everyone is kind, great customer service. They take things slow and at your comfort level with the treatment. I will definitely be going here for a while.

Dr. Roger Dexter and most of his staff are the finest in chiropractic care that Las Vegas has to offer! Every appointment with him got me closer to being back to myself and I am truly grateful to him and his front office staff for their kindness and his good hands. Dr. Dexter definitely has your back and your neck too! See him for a speedy recovery. I hope I don’t have to use him again in the future but if I am ever in another accident I wouldn’t see anyone else! Thanks so much SRC for everything!!!

Spinal Rehabilitation Center has a very Professional staff. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable about your treatment. The facility is very clean and all the employees well groomed. Great place for treatment.
