“They removed a mass from my dog's eyelid, did an extraction and a cleaning. Pain-free eating fresh breath and clear vision!
I cannot say enough nice things about this animal hospital, rescue (horses included) and cat cafe. Last year, the Hearts Alive Village Cat Cafe took in a kitten that the dog seen in these photos found in a diaper box next to the dumpster.
This year the Hearts Alive Village Animal Hospital tended to his dental and medical needs and the entire experience was informative, professional and highly functional.
Thank you to all of the amazing staff, doctors and especially the advocate that made this possible.

“We don't have a veterinarian because nothing has been wrong.
I noticed a foul smell on my 15y/o Pomeranian at 3am this morning. I turned her over and there were these gapping holes.
I texted and they texted me back..got her right in.
Luckily it is nothing worse than a bacterial infection but I could only think something worse.

Prices are reasonable in my opinion, they do not over medicate, the hardest part is that you cannot be inside the room when they examine your pet- so you just have to let that go and be fine with that.

Our first visit was a checkup when we moved here few yrs ago and Dr. Mauro contacted our previous vet in another state to learn my pet’s history first.
Very thorough!

Later (now, over a yr ago) she found a tumor which was luckily benign (but spleen had to be removed).
If tumor was not found and removed on time possibly my pet would have had an internal bleeding as it grew.
Dr. Mauro and team saved my pet so she has our trust since.
I do have the confidence with a good heart to recommend this place for your pet.“

“Amazing staff! These professionals helped us in a time of need. I already left a negative review over at Providence Animal Hospital (literally the worst place to take your pet/family member). My wife and I had a 12-year old Chihuahua named Peanut. We had originally setup an appointment at Providence (I should have known better after taking our dog Eli less than a year ago) I urge you to go read the review on their page. Horrible Dr. Perry, oh man. Anyways the staff and Dr. at the Craig Animal Hospital are amazing. They went above and beyond. They made an extremely difficult situation (Euthanizing our pet) a little easier. I forget the Dr.s name, I apologize, but she was so amazing! After the Dr. at Providence tried to take advantage of us at a highly-emotional time in our life, also giving our daughter false hope, and after only looking at our dog for two seconds. The staff and Dr. at Craig Animal Hospital, listened to us, and then explained to our daughter the situation, and she was a true professional. Unlike the Dr. at Providence. He literally opened with “You need to convince me to Euthanize your dog” immediately following up with hundreds of dollars, actually 2000 to 10000 worth of surgery that would follow for our pets collapsing Trachea. We knew full well what was to follow. We tried explaining the situation (while they intentionally played really sad music over the loud speakers in their office). If you want medical assistance for your pet, do not go to Providence. But after preparing to Euthanize our dog, Providence pulled that. We ended up going to Craig Animal Hospital. I will end on a positive note. The Staff was amazing at the Craig Animal Hospital, and that is our new medical provider for all our pets. Thank you all so much for your compassion, and for actually listening to us and our unique situation.“
