The entire facility went above and beyond for an entire week to get an elderly poodle through surgery and to keep minds at ease. The overnight technicians for 24-hour care are awesome, always available for updates and easy to reach any time of the night. Every single person was amazing. Even the security on premises are great and comforting.
I've been taking my rabbits to Dr. Miller for about 11 years now and she is without question the best rabbit-savvy veterinarian in the Vegas valley. She takes her time, gives attention and care, has astute knowledge of rabbit medicine, and always answers questions and concerns of pet parents. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend her for all rabbit owners.
Always attentive, always responsive, always caring - I love west flamingo animal hospital. I travel across town 20+ minutes for them, even though I live 5-10 minutes away from other vets. All the doctors are top notch, and the front desk folks are amazing. A special shout out to Alicia (spelling?) - she’s always so sweet and pleasant. This was our first time seeing Dr. Perry & he was great! I appreciated how he explained all of our options for treatment plans & he was very gentle with Disco. Also, the young woman who came in to go over the estimate was very nice & helpful explaining things as well. Thank you!
