When I called to schedule an appointment in the late afternoon, they were able to get someone out the following day which was already a great start. Miguel arrived and turned out to be the gold standard for service! He went above and beyond to fix my faulty T&P valve he didn't have the part on hand, so he drove straight to Lowe's to buy one just to ensure I wasn't left with issues over the weekend. He explained everything clearly and knew his stuff inside and out. After the install, he double-checked the outside drain pipe to confirm the overflow had stopped dripping onto my neighbor's porch. I have now worked with AHS on multiple occasions. Twice through my home warranty, and once directly. They have been quick to respond and provided top quality service. They helped me out after a brand new water heater turned out to be a faulty unit. Ray and Serge are awesome and I will definitely use AHS in the future. Hopefully not for a while!
