Awesome Service!!! That pretty much sums up my experience with Ultra. The Tech who came out for both heating an a/c issues was extremely professional, knowledgeable, open and honest about what he found and was able to address and resolve everything during his visit -- many thanks to Juan and the team. If you have issues and need a solid company I recommend Ultra Heating and Cooling to address your needs!
I used Ultra Heating and Cooling threw home warrantee. It was a maintenance inspection. Ben was our Tec. Nice honest person. He is very detailed as a Tec should be. We will use this company in the future when we have a failure with heat or air conditioning.
We had Ben and Juan come out to give us a second opinion on our downstairs dual unit. They were able to fix it easily. They were both professional and thorough. I'm so grateful for them. They came within 24 hrs of contact. I highly recommend.
