We had such a great experience with Joel at Ultra! He was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything and answered all of our questions. You can tell Joel genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work, which we really appreciated. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Ultra is lucky to have him, and we would absolutely recommend Joel and the Ultra team to anyone needing HVAC services!
