The AAA Las Vegas N. Rancho Auto Repair Center provides quality service and great value to both AAA Members and non-Members. Their state-of-the-art facilities are staffed by certified technicians who perform a wide range of services, including factory-scheduled maintenance and vehicle diagnostics and repairs. While waiting, customers can enjoy free coffee and Wi-Fi or request transportation to work or home. AAA Members receive 10% off labor costs and an extended 24-month/24,000-mile warranty on all parts and repairs. The service team is known for their straight talk and helpfulness, even assisting with external needs like hotel bookings. However, some customers have experienced scheduling difficulties and felt that the service, although fair, was not exceptional value for the price.
Customers have had a wonderful experience at the AAA Repair Center, with the technicians, Daniel and Brian, being described as knowledgeable and friendly. The center was recommended by a nearby Quick Lane, and customers have expressed their intention to return for future servicing. Unfortunately, one customer had an issue with a tow truck driver damaging their vehicle, and they were unsatisfied with the customer service from AAA in resolving the matter. However, another customer praised the communication and responsiveness of the company, stating that they were able to receive assistance in a timely manner.
I appreciated the concern and professionalism from the AAA staff and technicians. I also appreciated the free Lyft transportation to my home and return later to pick up my vehicle. I thought it was the power steering, but ended up being the alternator. They took time to keep me informed of the progress of the repair at each step.
AAA was great help for my mom. They helped her get into the tow truck, got her a Lyft ride home from the shop that day, and got her a Lyft ride back to the shop when her car was all fixed a few days later. Very nice, helpful people!
Danny was a terrific service advisor. Loved his work and communication skills. Will be coming back here just because of him . I was greatly impressed and completely satisfied by the service here
