ET&M installed 2 new system for us 18 months ago - No problems, great customer service, excellent job.

This past Saturday, 11/25/23 at approximately 5 P.M. a minor concern arose with one of our systems. We were ready to go out for the evening, so we called the office after hours and on a day that they were closed figuring we will just leave a message.

To our surprise, the Boss Man, Matt Tannehill answers the phone. Long story short {I hate clichés} the boss Man responds personally the next day, a Sunday, and solves our problem. Thank You Matt, you're the best.

Always efficient and superb service. I have lived in the valley for decades, and they have by far been the best!!!! Carmen has the best customer service and is always been a sweetheart and understanding of the issue. Tony was the gentleman who came out this last, he addressed the problem in a timely manner in processional and personable. They do not price gouge you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I knowing bought a house that needed a new AC unit. I called ET&M and talked with Tommy who quickly provided with with an invoice which I needed for my loan. After I closed they had the AC installed a few days later. I was very happy about how quickly Tommy and Matt had this done and with no issues. The AC unit works great which is good because I hate old crappy AC units. Vegas is way too hot and a good AC unit is mandatory!
