Contrary to some rather negative reviews on here and I found the exact opposite experience when I went to see the doctor. The office staff were friendly, I wasn’t kept waiting an enormous amount of time and the Dr himself was lovely. The doctor was upbeat, friendly and answered questions I’ve had for a long time and no one else has ever answered and he explained it very simply and clearly. I was happy with my visit.
The staff here are very personable and show empathy with their patients. The ladies up in the front office especially, they make sure all my questions are answered and they give me a sense of confidence with the practice! All my procedure that have been done have been amazing. Very caring people at this office. So thank you to Jadyn, Angie, and most definitely Natalie you guys rock!
The appointment went well but the constant bombardment of phone reminders and the fact that they had told me to bring a flash drive with info (which they didn't even have the equipment to read) was frustrating.
