When they say you "you only get one time to make a Good first impression" Payton Cerda, made a very good impression with me, he listened, he heard, he saw and he acted upon my concerns . I recommend him and his facility.

First visit. Check-in desk very nice and helpful. PA suggested some OTC probiotics to help with constipation but did not say how long to use. Suggested next appointment for 30 days. The probiotics stopped my problem so I quit taking them after 5 days. He did not give me any suggestions should my other problem of diarrhea starts. Provided a chart for FODMAP but did not give me any instructions. I am also a diabetic so the FODMAP doesn't work without conflict for my diabetic diet.

Peyton Cerda PA was great and very kind and I would have continued to see him for treatment had the staff been somewhat professional. The person working the front desk was eating and seemed annoyed as if i interrupted her when I showed up for my appointment. They stared at me while I was waiting to check out, I don’t think any of those girls know how to be polite or welcoming. Even when checking out he asked to see me in 3 weeks and the check out person only wanted to schedule my procedure months out. I shouldn’t have to tell her that he requested to see me in 3 weeks for a follow up. The staff needs a major attitude check on how they speak to people. Unfortunate...read full review
