Met the owner when I went to pick up my jacket and he was extremely kind and professional. I had brought in an old jacket my dad had found at one of his jobs and my dad had told me that there was a chance that some stuff might come off of my jacket so I shouldn't be surprised if something bad happened to it. I walked in said my name and Norm came up to me and very calmly explained to me that if I had bought the jacket from a retailer that I should get a refund because even though it said dry clean only it wasn't. The damage wasn't that bad, but Norm insisted that it's part of their company's motto to treat every piece of clothing like someone is about to wear it to a hot date. So he gave it back to me clean, and a little damaged as expected for free. The damage really wasn't that bad but he still gave me my jacket clean and free
Kristie is amazing! If you are lucky enough to get an appointment - take it. I had a last minute emergency and needed a haircut before traveling home. Everyone in town was booked but she made room in between a coloring. I received a clipper cut and my hair is extremely challenging and she nailed it! Not to mention the best shampoo treatment I have ever had! Cost was $45 and worth every penny. I would book a haircut even if I didn’t need one! I’ll be making another appointment for next year when I am back in town.
I have been here a couple of times and Bethany has given me 3 hair cuts so far and I always leave with the biggest smile! All the ladies there are really nice and they do a really good job at what they do.
Kate is an amazingly skilled aesthetician and nail technician, incredibly knowledgeable about the body, skin and nails. She does fabulous work and I can’t wait to go back for more services! My skin is glowing, my nails are strong, carefully crafted and done to my exact specifications. What an artist?! I fully endorse anyone to use her service from first time wax clients to older clients, she is gentle, caring and explains every step of the process and the reasoning for techniques in ways I could understand as a layperson. I feel empowered to take control of my skin regimen and manage in between face and body waxes. Also, I have a beautiful artificial manicure to match and that really makes my heart happy because I have never had one so well done. She has lots of availability and makes it easy to reschedule so I intend to set up regular services with her. If you haven’t found Kate yet, you should! I mean it. I've been going to her for over 6 years, and I can honestly say I have never left her salon feeling anything but happy, excited, and proud of my fresh hair. She did my hair for my wedding -- that alone speaks volumes. Since then, I haven't gone to another salon. Even during my occasional "box dye" detours (oops!), Annie never judges. She just smiles and says, "Okay! Now we fix it!" And she does. Every single time. Wonderful salon. Love this salon. I get compliments on my nails all the time. 💅 It’s very peaceful & quiet inside and they have wonderful nail techs. They also use special acrylic with no smell.
Kate is absolutely phenomenal! I got a wax for the very first time and, like a normal person, started with a full brazilian. Kate was patient and walked me through all the steps. I am not kidding when I say this was the least painful thing I’ve ever gotten done. If you’re scared about getting a brazilian or just any waxing, do not fear, as Kate will leave you clean and smooth 💗 I wish I could add photos because I want to show this thang off 😜
Jessika gave me an amazing facial. She took the time to review my skin and skincare routine before starting, and then the facial itself was so rejuvenating, and so relaxing. The products she used, by Eminence, are very natural and gentle. My skin glowed for literally a week! The room for the facial is also very cute with plants and soft decorations; it has a lovely sophisticated yet happy vibe.

My sewer line cracked and had to be replaced. Dukes came out that day and tackled the repairs. A big shoutout to “Big” Daniel and Hussein. They worked very hard and were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. Duke himself came out with a flexible camera, diagnosed the issue and offered a couple of options. Turned out to be a bigger job and a whole crew came in the next day. The replaced the pipe, fixed two other issues with my exterior irrigation valves, and left the affected areas better then new. Very pleased with their work.
This is our second year using Bobula's Septic service and I highly recommend them. Todays visit was an emergency of sorts. They made it out the same day and I was beyond grateful. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I will always recommend them. The service technician was a very pleasant gentleman however so was the 1st technician.

The Masticator and Fire Fuels Crew came over a 2 day period to reduce fire danger due to heavy sagebrush growth They did a fantastic job of removing nearly all the overgrowth, but leaving enough to give pleasing appearance. They were careful to not damage any structures or desired plants. What impressed me the most, however, was that every one of the employees I spoke to was happy, positive and seemed to be having fun.

This doctor gets 5 stars! He is the walking epitome of a "quack'. He cares only about his paycheck. In 2018, he did a PPD on my right knee. After he returned my imaging disc's and reports, I found another person's disc in mine. As I read the PPD results, I realized Dr. Trujillo used that other man's report as mine! I submitted a complaint with the work comp department. They found him to be wrong and a new PPD was to be done. It didn't. The Hearings Officer, 'Sandra A.", along with CCMSI adjuster "Y. Martinez", knew of the mixup but did nothing. I'm 5yrs post work injury and still unable to work. This man, he shouldn't be a dr, is a liar and cheat. How can he legally hold a medical license? Anyone with a claim and these names or timeframe matches, Go File Complaints!!!! This is not right. Also, Nevada is a right to work state, meaning workers have a right to work with or without a Union. It does not imply Nevada has Slave Labor Laws( ie: work 20hr days,7 daysa week). Oh and don't worry Dr. Trujillo, I'm sure someone still needs a corrupted,financially motivated, Bad doctor! Thanks for falsifying my medical history!!
We were lucky enough to get Doc Tanner on this sad day when beloved Token left the earthly realm. This group of professionals are compassionate, kind and made a difficult transition a little bit easier. We are forever grateful to them all and thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
