I chose JackRabbit because they did some pro-bono work for my church, when we really needed some help… Scott’s work was top-shelf professional and the communication from home office was spot-on and timely. Have a couple other upcoming plumbing projects and I’ll be contacting JackRabbit without hesitation.

Received a letter from the water company advising of high water usage So I called my go-to plumbing company Jack Rabbit Made an appointment and only available time was a few days out. In the interim problem was solved and upon arrival of Jason, one of their staff we discussed several reasons for the problem No charge and some good information also located my main street water shut off just in case We are not supposed to use it but good to know location
