Stephen was a technician at the business and now owns it. He worked for a solid five hours doing my two 7 ft. couches, my carpet, and grout cleaning in the master bath. The job was excellent, except the grout on the floor and in the shower were darker than I expected and I informed Stephen. Without hesitation, he returned and spent two hrs., explaining that he stands behind his products/business. He is an incredibly hard worker and true to his word.

My carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had some pretty stubborn stains, but he managed to get everything looking almost brand new again. Not only did he remove the visible dirt and stains, but the entire house feels fresher and cleaner now.
