I have known John Helmer for 20+ years. When I was capable of cleaning carpets n starting out. He helped me Navigate a very Brutal, Demanding, Competitive industry. I did very well for 10 years until my physical health wouldn't allow me to continue. He Has been a good friend for years.He is always there for advice n a helping hand when he is Not going crazy Running a very BUSY BUSINESS.YOU CAN'T go wrong n if FOR ANY REASON you are not happy CALL HIM!!NONE of us have NEVER been able to read mind's!!

I am so pleased with this company. Johnny the owner was quick to respond and showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job with a far price. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and would use him again if needed.

Custom Floor Care is officially the go to business for the floor care in my home. The price, the service, and the timely professional response make Custom Floor Care the only place I will use in the future. I was quoted a price over the phone expecting up sales like some of the other floor care providers I have used. This was not the case, they quoted price, a time, and the day they were available and adhered to everything. They use state of the art equipment inside a clean new van that didn't leave stains on my paver driveway.
