“Stephen was a technician at the business and now owns it. He worked for a solid five hours doing my two 7 ft. couches, my carpet, and grout cleaning in the master bath. The job was excellent, except the grout on the floor and in the shower were darker than I expected and I informed Stephen. Without hesitation, he returned and spent two hrs., explaining that he stands behind his products/business. He is an incredibly hard worker and true to his word.“
