Had the service cancelled twice due to staffing. Once the arrived for the appointment service was good. HVAC Tech Grant explains very well and explained options. Electrical Tech was good. Went through the entire house inside and out. Then gave us recommendations to fix a few things. Everything was fine but we could make a few improvements.
Wouldn’t you know it, during heatwave our AC unit went out. Called Hoffman/Legacy and a technician responded quickly. From the person answering the phone, to the scheduler and the service technicians, this company has always been amazing to us and really does care about their customers’ comfort and safety. Today our technician, Grant Bittle, went above and beyond to get us back up and running during these extreme temps. And I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the scheduler, Nicole, today on a Saturday.

Grant was very easy to work with and very professional. Made the service call worthwhile and timely. He checked our AC and found a few items that needed repair as he did last year. Quite satisfied with his service. The payment I made was for the parts that needed replacement on our ten year old AC unit.
