I am a case manager for a client with a hoarding disorder. The apartment he and his son live in was beyond anything I have ever encountered and a true health concern to the point of possible eviction and/or being condemned. For four days, Josheph and Manny worked tirelessly to transform the home into something nearly unrecognizable. I had not seen the floor at all until they worked their magic. I very highly recommend 911 and this crew if you have anything that needs transformative cleaning. Great stuff.

Let me start base by saying that our Project Manager, John did an excellent job throughout the project! He was exceptional from the start! I was impressed with his customer service skills! He was always attentive, professional, helpful, personable and patient. The rest of the staff were respectful and helpful each time they came to do their part. I would recommend your company, hands-down but especially John! Give him a raise he deserves it!
