“Just got a perm and cut with Perry and I'm ecstatic. It turned out better than I ever thought it could. He is very comfortable to work with, I usually have a hard time with social situations but he put me completely at ease.He gave me great advice about how to care for my curls, and gave me the most flattering cut even though I didn't know what I wanted.
