She was so thorough, very kind and super informative. She understood what my son's goals were and made a plan for him to follow to get him healed up and back on the ice. “Dr. Thompson is hands down one of the best, genuinely caring doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting with. I have degenerative disc disease and with that comes compressed vertabrae, herniated/slipped discs, and muscle spasms in my lower back. The pain can be severe at times. 15-20 minutes after my session with Dr. Thompson, I feel validated and as though my back has 0 issues and never has. “I started seeing Dr. Lindsay due to pretty severe lower back pain. She was flummoxed by my condition and lack of improvement. On what we thought might be my last appointment as she felt it was unethical to continue to treat me when nothing was working, I mentioned again about medications I was on and she asked what they were. Both had side effects of muscle and joint pain. I was starting to wean off so we scheduled another appointment and began to see the improvements that would be expected. I appreciated her honesty and level of integrity with not wanting to continue taking my money while offering no improvements. She is currently off on Maternity Leave and I'm am continuing to see her replacement to maintain these improvements.

I also see Marie for Acupuncture and am starting to see some improvements in other conditions thanks to her treatments as well.

Justin is my physiotherapist and he is amazing. I had prior physiotherapist before him that would not work on my spine to relieve my pain. He has been doing an amazing job correcting the restrictions in the mussels that aline my spine in turn making my hump out ribs go into place. I am very thankful for the service I am getting. He is compassionate in helping his clients get back to a better health. He listens to what his clients tells him, so he is better able to help his clients. I totally reccomend seeing Justin if you need a an amazing physiotherapist that will make a difference in your health.

Another amazing trip to this health centre today. From front desk to concussion treatment to physio all the staff as usual were very helpful, strong advocacy, compassionate and thoughtful. I am very glad to have them as my treatment of choice. All there hard work does not go unnoticed. I would highly reccomend this centre to anyone who is suffering injuries or who is involved in a MVA. There are many options out there for treatment centre's, but no other centre will give you this high quality of care or compassion. I am glad I found them and made them part of my recovery treatment plan.
Today I seen Justin LaForest! He was absolutely patient and understanding when it comes to him knowing my physical limitations. He supports his client where they are at in there recovery and does not get mad at his patients when they are not able to progress quickly like my physiotherapist at the rehab did. It is a quite a pleasure to work with Justin.He has amazing clinician skills.“

The gym itself is very clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for both classes and open gym. The coaches are motivated, knowledgeable, and genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone’s individual needs are met, regardless of experience level.
