“I've been going to All Sports and Wellness for almost 10 years now for massages and acupuncture. Adnan is leagues above other massage therapists I have tried in the past. He is focused on treating my back/shoulder pain, and explaining what he is doing and what exercises I need to do. I don't come here for a 'relaxing' massage because that is not what he specializes in. I highly recommend Adnan, and several of my coworkers and friends also go to him now.“

“Physiotherapist Michael Carr treated me for a lower back / SI joint problem about 1 year ago. I had had chronic lower back problems for several years, and this particular injury was compressing my femoral nerve, which was agonizing and causing numbness in my leg.I made an appointment with Michael and felt better after my first visit. The treatments were effective, and he also gave me some mobility exercises for home (which I continue to do daily). Following 3 subsequent visits, each 1 week apart, my injury and leg sensation had improved drastically. 1 year later there are no lingering effects of the injury. I am very thankful to Michael Carr, he was very technical, concise and effective. Strongly recommended, thank you Michael.“

“My first day there today was an amazing experience. I love the private rooms they have so you can feel free to talk with no one listening beside you. People were very polite and helpful. Michelle who was my physio was very knowledgeable and very helpful and respectful. She helped me so much just in the first day and I cant wait to go back. The physio also has a lot of equipment and are capable of doing a lot to help you get better. This is what I noticed just on my first day and I am sure I can write another review later on. I have been to a couple of physio before and they were not comparable to this one. I would recommend anyone to try this place first. I will give this a 5 star for sure.“

“Had an absolutely amazing massage here by Jodie. She was kind enough to send me text message updates before the appointment. She made sure I felt welcomed into her space, signed me in and direct billed my insurance. In the massage room, she had a fireplace on and a heating pad to lay on the part of my body that she wasn’t currently working on. Absolutely fantastic massage, she made sure I understood that I was in control of the massage (Ie going harder or lighter, avoiding certain spots or ensuring certain spots were massaged). She provided me with a bottle of water afterwards too.5/5 stars, will definitely be going again and recommending it to my friends!“
