Repeatedly likes to hang up on people without taking the phone call, after waiting on the phone for several minutes.

Note: nurses remember to be professional and keep your opinions to yourself, also ive noticed the behavior
and already tested you and you failed.
-how you raise your kids is not a professional stand point and try not to give out anymore false/incorrect information like ive already gotten.

Over with being bullied/disrespect by grown adults in the medical field, stop talking to people like their stupid thats a sure way to find yourself replaced so make sure to check yourself.

My elderly mother is a new patient to this clinic (Ravines Bedford). I have been accompanying her to most of her appointments with her new doctor, Dr. Joel Muresan. He is absolutely wonderful! Like most Nova Scotians, we have been subject to less than stellar medical care over the years. Dr. Muresan has listened to my mother explain her health issues, is taking the steps to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment plan. He is kind and efficient, and genuinely seems to enjoy being a doctor. This is so refreshing! We cannot say enough good about him. I adore my doctor (Lepage) at this clinic. She is phenomenal. At is the nurse practitioner.

The administrators however cause me so much anxiety when I need to call to make an appointment for myself or my young kids (who are sick a lot as toddlers are). I just feel so uncomfortable as they are always so unhelpful, cold and I always feel like I’m bothering them or asking for the impossible. I’m sure it’s stressful and they deal with a lot of different people but each time I call it’s the same. I only have a pleasant experience when another doctor’s administration is filling in.
