“Simply put I love Synergy Physiotherapy & Pilates. I receive physiotherapy treatments and massage treatments as well as attend as many physio Pilates classes in a week that I am able. After experiencing back surgeries and other physical problems I needed help getting myself physically back on track and Synergy has been instrumental in that regard. “Pelvico is a wonderful and inclusive work out space for postpartum women and their babies! Classes are challenging but accommodating and the workout space is clean and bright. Justin is my physiotherapist and he is amazing. I had prior physiotherapist before him that would not work on my spine to relieve my pain. He has been doing an amazing job correcting the restrictions in the mussels that aline my spine in turn making my hump out ribs go into place. I am very thankful for the service I am getting. He is compassionate in helping his clients get back to a better health. He listens to what his clients tells him, so he is better able to help his clients. I totally reccomend seeing Justin if you need a an amazing physiotherapist that will make a difference in your health.

Another amazing trip to this health centre today. From front desk to concussion treatment to physio all the staff as usual were very helpful, strong advocacy, compassionate and thoughtful. I am very glad to have them as my treatment of choice. All there hard work does not go unnoticed. I would highly reccomend this centre to anyone who is suffering injuries or who is involved in a MVA. There are many options out there for treatment centre's, but no other centre will give you this high quality of care or compassion. I am glad I found them and made them part of my recovery treatment plan.
Today I seen Justin LaForest! He was absolutely patient and understanding when it comes to him knowing my physical limitations. He supports his client where they are at in there recovery and does not get mad at his patients when they are not able to progress quickly like my physiotherapist at the rehab did. It is a quite a pleasure to work with Justin.He has amazing clinician skills.“

“I was experiencing shoulder pain while warming up for my badminton matches, so I went to Lifemark at the Canada Games Centre. I was treated by Drashti Parikh (PT Resident, MPT, BPT), who gave me a targeted sequence of exercises. The pain disappeared completely and never came back during my training.

A few months later, I started feeling a different type of shoulder pain while cycling for more than an hour. I returned to the clinic and saw Drashti again. She provided another set of exercises, and the pain is gradually improving.
