“I was visiting Halifax with my dog when I fell and injured my leg. The staff at this location were so accommodating to take my dog with a last minute booking to allow me to attend the hospital, then used them again so I could attend my son's football game. They are very friendly here. The facility is very clean and well lit. Excellent staff to dog ratio. Modern and well located with plenty of parking. My dog was well cared for both days that I used Camp Bow Wow.“

“I recently had my fish tank start leaking pretty badly which forced me to upgrade sooner than I anticipated. I went to this location that night and the individual helping me was incredible (Vanessa?) along with the help of their inventory lead (Tim?). I was so impressed with the customer service and kindness of Vanessa, that I made sure to come back when I needed more fish stuff, even though I usually go to my local fish store. I was served by them again tonight and was again just impressed by the warmth and positive attitude. Whoever is their management I hope that they recognize how lucky they are to have them represent their company.“
