This review is entirely for Jason. We just finished our basic puppy training with him and he is awesome, knowledgeable, funny, attentive and we saw results with our puppy right from day one. If you have a new dog in your house, go with him and won't be disappointed.
Great store! We were able to get everything we needed in one place — a parrot, a hamster, their cages, food, and all the extras. The staff were incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommend.
I had ordered a large dog crate online and a small was sent. Customer service (online) insisted that I had to return the incorrect order in person to this particular store which was almost 2 hours from me. My husband and I do not generally drive to the city. We are seniors with health issues. That is why we ordered online. So, I explained this to customer service and requested them to send us a label to have the incorrect crate picked up. They refused. I was, and still am, disgusted with their lack of compassion for our circumstances. Seriously, we spent just over 4 hours to get there, exchange the item and get home. To me, it doesn't seem right when they made the error....read full review
