Great store! We were able to get everything we needed in one place — a parrot, a hamster, their cages, food, and all the extras. The staff were incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommend.
I had ordered a large dog crate online and a small was sent. Customer service (online) insisted that I had to return the incorrect order in person to this particular store which was almost 2 hours from me. My husband and I do not generally drive to the city. We are seniors with health issues. That is why we ordered online. So, I explained this to customer service and requested them to send us a label to have the incorrect crate picked up. They refused. I was, and still am, disgusted with their lack of compassion for our circumstances. Seriously, we spent just over 4 hours to get there, exchange the item and get home. I’ve been going to this PetSmart for YEARS and over those years I’ve become familiar with Eric. He usually helps me with my reptiles and getting crickets etc.
My partner and I visited through the week getting information on birds and we made a big purchase one night and I was set to come back the next day to look at the birds. Eric was there both times and went above and beyond on each occasion. He truly is an asset to the team. Not to mention he’s really funny and we cracked a few good jokes together.
