I started training at the Bedford location more than 4 years ago when I hit my mid-50s and the curves in my spine (scoliosis) started to worsen. Since working with Matt and his team, my neck and back pain have subsided, and I feel the strongest that I've ever been. My 30 minute workouts (once a week) are incredibly convenient and efficient - not only do I get a great strength-building workout, but its good cardio too. I highly recommend OneUp Fitness and their approach to strength training.
Great gym! Working with trainers individually allowed me to tailor each workout to my needs that day, which helped to keep me motivated coming back. Focused workouts helped me to reach my fitness and strength goals. I am stronger than I have ever been and will keep getting stronger from here!
