So happy I tried this place out while travelling! Great staff, friendly members, and amazing workouts! One thing I really love about ironstone is the variety of classes they offer. The facility itself was also top knotch. I'll be popping in for classes every time I'm in halifax ? if I lived in the area I'd be a member no questions.

If you're looking to challenge yourself with hard workouts, this is the place. Staff is warm and knowledgeable, regulars are friendly and help push each other. Their set up is great and I would totally recommend Ironstone to anyone in the area.

I am LOVING the ironstone strength and conditioning class programming since we have been back! It’s an awesome balance of lifting and metcons and I’m loving how I feel like I had an amazing workout every time I leave the gym (especially since we can’t do competitors track training right now). Coaching and staff have been A1 which was to be expected and gym is looking fresh and clean everyday. Great job Pat and staff!!!? ?
