“If anyone find themselves needing to replace a roof, we just had ours done. We got three quotes and our decision was made on a couple of things, one was cost of course and the other was response/customer service. We went with Exact Roofing from Eastern Passage. Not only, were they the least expensive but they were also the company that came in person and got up on our roof to see what we needed and how bad of shape it was in. All my other quotes were done over the phone and via email based on the square footage of our home. The job was done only two weeks after I advised them we were ready, it only took a little over a day over two trips, and there was not a speck of mess or a shingle that did not get cleaned up! “11 out of 10! The gutter on the front of my parents house detached and twisted while it hung off their house swinging about 20 feet or more back in February 2025. I called every number that popped up on Google. All the answers were mostly no we can’t help due to all the ice and wind. Or booking out 8-10 weeks until I called the last number (classic case of saving the best for last) and it was Classical Roofing and Siding ltd. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was so kind and reassuring even gave me some good advice. She said they would send somebody out the next day to look at it. Josiah came out to look at the house, said he would be able to do it in the next week or so but would be able to atleast secure the hanging part if needed. When they came after two weeks it was done before lunch! I can’t get up to see the quality, but the quality that I received in customer service was top-notch. I definately put my trust in their process. Josiah kept in contact. He didn’t mind taking any questions at all and the service and efficiency was awesome. I was so impressed and so pleased and so grateful that they were the ones to come quick and get the job done and done well I would highly recommend them to anyone and they are very budget friendly. This is important aspect because I have had workers before who were swearing very loudly with no consideration for our presence in our home. This team was great and cleaned up really well after the job. The roof looks great and we highly recommend them.“
