He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and went right to work. He worked on it all day, and somehow managed to save all my data on the fried hard drive. End result was new and much faster hard drive, updates of all programs and a computer that works better than when new at a very fair price. He was also very informative of the problems and fixes. I highly recommend Dean for any computing problems you have.“
