I reached out to Dean by phone to ask if he could update my aging Dell laptop to Windows 11. I was getting a hardware incompatibility issue. Dean looked at my computer remotely and confirmed that it would handle Windows 11 with a couple of minor fixes. I dropped my laptop off on Friday and he went right to work on it over the weekend and I had it back on Monday. Dean is a friendly, client-centred techician who really knows his stuff. Take a look at his resume on his website - that tells you alot!

Dean is the best IT (an IT guru) consultant I have ever met. He pays due diligence to work. His goal focuses on client's satisfaction and that makes him work high and above what he charges. He is very friendly and affordable too. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was having issues with a Laptop not charging. Dean was able to look at and assess the laptop the same day that I reached out. Great service and he genuinely cares about what he does. 5 stars and will definitely go back with any other computer issues or repairs!
