I lost the tube from my ear which is normal after the time it has been in. However, in the process, I have an infection.

The reception person was very professional and kind. The nurse asst who logged me in was great and quick. The man who inspected my ear confirmed my fear. BUT, I was in and out quickly with a referral and a prescription.

The appt was on time amd service was excellent. Our PA, Mike, was efficient, thorough and empathetic. My gusband and I went in to have several prescriptions refilled and the entire process (from obtaining vitals data to paperwork) was easier than expected. Facility was clean and clearly very well run. Highly recommend.
