“A property I look after for absentee owners had an issue with sewage backup into one bathroom. There were compounding issues, such as the lift station, location of lines to the septic, the electric panel, plus and a leaking well head. I called Phoenix for their help in correcting all the issues. John and his work partner came out, on time. They began to diagnose the problems which were multiple. The work took about a week. John explained it all to me as they literally dug into it to diagnose and fix. Fencing had to be removed; we needed their electrician, their backhoe, etc. Long story short: John was great to work with, easy to communicate with and the job was done well.“
