These systems seem to have challenges, but the engineers that came to replace the motor were great. They were polite and professional.
Always very reliable. Our 8 year old mini-split system (installed by another HVAC co.) failed and we had to replace it. RD was able to go the extra distance and work us in between jobs. When temps are 90 degrees plus this meant a lot. Very likeable and knowledgeable field techs.
I’m five plumbers into the Santa Fe experience. Steve and Rich Duran is the best we’ve seen. Also Laura in the office is “all over the customer experience. They are great
