About CHRISTUS St. Vincent Sports Medicine & Therapy Services
CHRISTUS St. Vincent Sports Medicine & Therapy Services is a sports medicine complex in Santa Fe, NM. In December of 2023, I had an unfortunate accident and shattered my left shoulder. The damage was so severe that Dr. Forno performed a reverse shoulder replacement. After the surgery, I began my therapy with Brenda and Effie at Christus St.Vincent Sports Medicine and Therapy Services. Because of their excellent regimen of post op therapy,along with the support that I received at home, I was able to regain almost full range of motion. Sadly, in November 2025, I had another fall and broke my right shoulder. Dr. Forno once again repaired the damage. Once again, I chose Christus St. Vincents Sports Medicine & Therapy Service to provide physical therapy. This time, the therapist were Effie and Stephen. Stephen concentrated on building my strength while Effie worked tirelessly on my mobility and muscle release. My pain has subsided significtly and I am very pleased and grateful with my progress. Doing the home excercises as assigned has also been benificial. What has made my recoveries most remarkable, I attribute to to the kindness, professionalism and thoroughness of my therapists. I highly recommend them!
