The company offers prompt response for business matters, with a friendly voice on the phone. Service is prompt, with a clogged drain addressed just hours after the call, and the cost was very reasonable for a drain cleaning. Technicians are described as amazing, professional, knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and easy to work with. They are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and always leave the area cleaner than found. One technician not only cleared a clog but identified and repaired another area that could be a problem. Another team was terrific, polite, and knowledgeable, getting the job done. Customers highly recommend CaitCo for reliable, professional, and very courteous service, and will absolutely use them again.

Through the years, Luis Lugo has been to our house many times, and he is always thorough and professional. Today, Luis came to clear a clog in the bathroom drain, and he not only did that, but identified and repaired another area that could be a problem.
