I’m very glad that this place is up and running. They have such a positive staff and everyone is friendly and supportive. I’ve been going to Vivify for the past 4 years or so, and I love the environment they provide. I always look forward to having the time to go.
This location and Mrs. Lisa truly transformed my life, steering me away from a dark path and helping me regain my footing. It took some hard work and genuine conversations for me to reflect, breath out the negativity I was holding onto, and concentrate on my future. I'm incredibly grateful for that pivotal day many years ago; without it, I can't imagine where I would be now. Thank you!
I tried out numerous yoga studios in the Albuquerque area and found my home in Vivify. The staff are all knowledgeable, fun, unique, engaging, and caring. The community feel of the studio is unrivaled. I love the variety of classes they offer and the different timelines available. Thanks for making a great studio for this happy yogi!
