I've been going to Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga Sculpt. The teachers -Leslie Sanchez and Kelly Carpenter are both so much fun and make you feel like you can do anything! I have just been going for a few weeks and feel so much stronger and empowered!

Blissful spirits is in my opinion the best hot yoga studio in the ABQ/ Rio Rancho area. They have classes that will leave you feeling both fulfilled and completely wiped out. They have class times to fit every schedule. I love the Friday 5:45 class. It is a perfect way to end the week! The instructors are knowledgeable enough for advanced students and approachable for beginners! I recommend this studio to anyone in Rio Rancho that is looking for a restorative workout.

I love the studio in Rio Rancho. It is clean and welcoming. Melanie is such a gem and I enjoy taking her Yin Yoga classes. I have taken with other instructors there as well and they have all been great.
